HoM är skriven av Bill Willingham, som har skrivit den fantastiska serien Fables, och Matthew Sturges(Jack of Fables). Luca Rossi, Ross Campbell, Sean Murphy, Zachary Baldus, Steve Rolston och Jill Thompson har tecknat/tuschat/färglagt.
